Beginning one month before your wedding, we'll take over communication with your vendor team, confirm logistics, finalise timelines, and coordinate all the behind-the-scenes details that can quickly become overwhelming as the big day approaches. We'll be your sounding board, problem-solver, and second set of eyes, ensuring nothing has been overlooked. From coordinating vendor arrivals and managing your timeline to overseeing ceremony and reception setup, bar service, transport logistics, and all the behind-the-scenes details, we'll ensure your day unfolds exactly as planned while you remain fully present in every moment.
